I specialize in highly crafted UI, dynamic interactions, and ambiguous problems.

Currently at Meta AI

My work is focused on transforming the unknown into elegant experiences that are simple and easy to use. I’m obsessed with the details—how things look, feel, and work in the hands of real people.

I’ve shipped products to millions of users at Meta and 0-1 at startups, all while maintaining a deep focus on craft, iteration, and creating experiences humans love.

I treat code as a core material in my process. Designing with code helps me feel what’s working faster than imagining it static. I incorporate AI into how I think, explore, and prototype. I believe designers can own the front-end. I love learning and thinking about what’s next.

Sunny Gummy Hands

My most recent band was called Sunny Gummy Hands, which ran from 2017-2020. It was formed by a good friend of mine named Ryan Blohm. I played keys and synths, but I also did all visual and stage design.

One of my favorite visual projects for the band was creating an LED wall for our live shows.

I built this LED wall in my garage from scratch in 8 weeks. It’s a modular 12x8’ wall that breaks down for transportation. I programmed it to sync to our live performances using Ableton and Resolume (software for live visuals).

Here you can see the LED wall at one of our shows:

Below are some additional visual assets I created for the band:

This is a poster I designed for our show at The Echo in Los Angeles. It’s primarily made up of repeating (”echoing”) lines that form a moiré pattern, or an interference pattern. A sort of visualization of an actual echo, inspired by the venue.

You can find more content I created for the band on Instagram or check out our music on Apple Music or Spotify.
